Peak Performance Products LLC, d/b/a Cavelux ("Cavelux," "we," "us") is a New Jersey limited liability company. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit cleverchameleon.io (the "Site"), a Cavelux product site for CleverChameleon.
Information we collect. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this Site. We do not set marketing cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to operate and secure the service.
This Site does not include a contact form or live Stripe checkout in v1. If you write us through cavelux.ai/contact or a published address, you provide that address and whatever you include in the message.
How we use information. We use correspondence to evaluate interest and reply. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing.
Desktop application. The CleverChameleon desktop application stores workspace data locally on your machine. That local data is not collected by this Site. Application privacy terms for installed software may be published separately when distribution begins.
Data retention. Server logs are retained per Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights. You may request deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Children. This Site is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes. We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above.
Terms of Service
By accessing cleverchameleon.io (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Operator. The Site is operated by Peak Performance Products LLC, d/b/a Cavelux, a New Jersey LLC.

- Treat disabled purchase controls as a live offer of sale.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Performance Products LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site.
